- To order , simply click on 'add to cart' on the card you wish to buy and follow the instructions. If you would like to order more than one card click 'continue shopping'. Orders are automatically processed by PayPal for secure payment. WoodbankCrafts does not hold details of your credit/debit card information and will not pass on any personal details such as your email address to any third parties.
- For orders within the UK postage is FREE. Additional charges will apply to orders sent further afield, please email first (via the contact page) for postal charges before ordering if you are outside the UK.
- If you do not want to pay online we are happy to accept cheques in the post (please obtain a proof of postage for your own security). Please email via the contact page or write to us with your order and we will get back to you with the details.
- We aim to post your item within 2 to 4 days of ordering (usually sooner). All orders will be sent first class post in a bubble envelope for protection.
- Due to the individual handmade nature of these products, they may vary slightly from the picture.
- If, for some reason, an item is unavailable we will contact you and try and offer a suitable alternative.
- We are happy to offer an exchange or refund if you are not entirely happy with your purchase. Please return the item to us within 7 days of receipt. Please email us giving the reason you are returning it and whether you would like an exchange or refund. Please return the item to us via recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Items are returned at your own expense. We aim to process your refund credit, cheque or exchange order within 7 days of us receiving the goods.
- Please note, bespoke cards that have been personalised are only available for a 50% refund due to WoodbankCrafts being unable to resell those items.
- Items must be returned in their original condition to qualify for a refund.
